DEADLINE 8 JANUARY 2018 

The project provides 20 mobility grants for the implementation of international internships lasting 75 days to be carried out in private companies and organizations working in the GREEN ECONOMY as a viable way to create new jobs and entrepreneurship.

The occupational areas of the project are:
1. Integrated waste management
2. Sustainable construction
3. Sustainable mobility and transport
4. Production of energy from renewable sources
5. Sustainable agriculture and agro-energy
6. Land management and sustainable tourism
The call is aimed at 20 young Sicilians, aged between 18 and 35 unemployed.
50% of the scholarships will be for female participants.
The 20 international internships, lasting 75 days, will take place in the following destinations: Bristol (GB) - Cork (IE) - Lisbon (PT) - Seville (ES).
The GET IN EUROPE project covers travel, accommodation and insurance costs and makes a contribution to the costs of meals.

PROJECT 

GET in Europe is a project aimed at enhancing the employability of young Sicilians in the green economy sector.

The project is aimed at 20 young Sicilians, aged between 18 and 35 years; unemployed, unemployed, available in the labor market; not enrolled in any education and/or training course, who have achieved a qualification (diploma, three-year degree or master's degree) for more than a year.

In order to promote female employment, 50% of the grants will be reserved for women.

The project involves the realization of professional internships in foreign companies. In particular, the destinations towns are: 5 grants for Bristol (United Kingdom) 5 grants for Cork (Ireland) 5 grants for Seville (Spain) 5 grants for Lisbon (Portugal).

The professional experience abroad will have a duration of 75 days, to ensure the opportunity for participants to really get into the heart of a phase of production activities of the company that hosts them and make it possible to achieve learning outcomes in the area of soft and professional technical skills.
