Equality in organizations and training processes
LdV - Partnership (Exchange for trainers, responsible for programming and program management training and occupational guidance specialists), promoted by ENAIP Piemonte.

Send takes part into the Leonardo da Vinci VETPRO Project for trainers in the field of equal opportunities.

 The project includes a study visit in Valencia, Spain, at institutions that have developed programs of excellence to ensure that equal opportunities.

 The objectives of mobility are:

  • Development of skills in the field of equal opportunities
  • Comparison of methodologies and best practices to diffuse the culture of equality in learning contexts, in all phases of the training
  • Sharing of innovative tools for the implementation of equality policies and to contrast discrimination based on gender, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation sessulae, different skills, age
  • Reflection on new models of work organization based on respect and appreciation of the diversity of individuals as well as equality and mutual respect for freedom and dignity of persons
  • Acquisition of tools and best practices used by the partner of Valencia “AIP Language” and its network of partner for the implementation of equality policies
  • Verification of the training system / Spanish education, with particular reference to gender policies
