THINK THE FUTURE
Within the project SEND is dealing with the organizing and leading a path of job orientation.
The proposed activity, which was inspired by a practice developed dal'ISFOL, is configured as a path "funnel" that from the definition of desires and dreams of each professional and through the exploration of the internal and external forces in play It aims to define a professional goal and to build around this a personal project.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PATH:
clarify our ideas of what our professional aspirations
define what are the most useful resources to be deployed to achieve a goal working
deal with people who have stories and experiences different from ours
to develop a work plan and strategies to overcome the constraints and to bring us closer to the objective
about the services to access training and work placement paths
learn about training opportunities and job placement opportunities in the area (focus on young warranty)
The path is divided into three phases:
Meetings provide some individual activities, others in groups, others in small groups or pairs.
The work is based on direct experience that the participants realized through exercises, games,
moments of reflection and discussion.
The whole work is collected in a "Travelogue" that will accompany us during the three days and will be our memory of the experience.
